LAUNCH EXECUTION

First-Customer Prioritization Framework

Of everyone who has engaged with us so far, who is ready to buy the moment we're able to sell — and have I asked them?

This pulls directly from two tools you've already built: the Pre-Launch Customer Council Tracker and the Named Target Account Tracker. Score everyone who's actually engaged on readiness to buy, and this produces your real sequence — Customer #1, #2, #3 — instead of a guess based on who's easiest to reach. It also takes the politics out of the call: every rep will want their account to go first, and a shared, scored framework turns that into an objective decision the whole team can see, question, and accept.

On linking these tools together

These are separate downloaded files with no shared server, so a live, automatic link between them isn't something I can build reliably — browser storage tricks look like a link right up until someone opens the file on a different day or a different device, and then it silently breaks.

What actually works: both the Council Tracker and the Target Account Tracker already have a "Copy roster" / "Copy list" button. Open either tool, click that button, and paste the result directly into the matching box below — the parser reads that exact format and creates a candidate card for each person or account automatically, with their original notes carried over for context.

STEP 1
Import your candidates

Paste exactly what "Copy roster" or "Copy list" produced, unedited — the parser depends on that formatting.

From Customer Council Tracker

Open the Council Tracker → click "Copy roster" → paste below.

From Named Target Account Tracker

Open the Account Tracker → click "Copy list" → paste below.
STEP 2
Score readiness to buy

Every imported candidate arrives with their original notes intact — read those before scoring. Add anyone missing manually below.

Your first-customer sequence

Ranked by weighted readiness score. The top 3 are your working answer to "who becomes customer #1, #2, #3" — pressure-test it before you commit outreach order.

STEP 3
Think it through
Have you actually asked your #1 candidate if they're ready to buy — or is this still your assumption about them?
If your top 3 all said yes tomorrow, could you actually deliver for all three at once?
